Mark has more than 25 years’ experience and has worked in the transport, construction and waste management industries. During this time, he has held several senior positions with businesses with turnover up to £200m. He holds three NEBOSH Certificates, an A-Level diploma in Health and Safety Practice, International CPC in both Freight and Passenger Transport Operations and a Level 4 qualification in the Treatment and Storage of Hazardous Waste Management. He is a Fellow of the Institute of Logistics and Transport, International Institute of Risk and Safety Management, The Society of Operation Engineers and the Institute of the Motor Industry, he is a Graduate Member of the Institute of Occupational Health and Safety, an Incorporated Member of the Association of Project Safety, A member of the Institute of Training and Occupational Learning and an Associate Member of the Chartered Institute of Waste Management. The team can offer Transport, Health & Safety and Environmental Audits, Training and support with Operatior Licencing, Environmental Pemitting and issues with the Health and Safety Executive.

Mike manages two businesses in the environmental sector designed to provide a one-stop-shop approach to permitting, compliance and competence based on over 30 years of industry experience.
The first is an environmental consultancy services business providing services to waste producers and waste facility operators seeking to confirm compliance with legislation. The consultancy has long-standing relationships with industry professionals providing additional services such as planning and environmental permitting.
Clients range in size from multi-nationals through SMEs to micro UK-based companies. The company has relationships with the insurance and legal industries.
Recent work carried out includes the latest computer-based analysis and assessment of hazardous properties in road planings and the resultant classification of wastes and the compliant management of the resultant waste material.
Mike has professional relationships with the insurance and legal industry to further assist his clients.
The second is London Regional Assessment Centre Ltd. [LONRAC], an Approved Wamitab Centre, which was formed in 2005 to work hand in glove with Envirotech Consultants Ltd to provide competency training and assessment facilities for clients as part of their requirements in holding an EA environmental permit.
Again, clients range in size from multi-nationals through SMEs to micro UK-based companies.
Wamitab qualifications provided cover inert, non-hazardous and hazardous waste facilities.
Mike is an Assessor and Internal Quality Assurer [IQA] and manages a team of associate assessors who provide Wamitab assessment services throughout England and Wales from offices in London, Birmingham and Winsford in the north-west.
LONRAC also provides personnel, with their qualifications validated as up-to-date, for the temporary hire of competent staff so that waste facility operators can rely on LONRAC’s reputation in the industry.
